Newport Cigarettes

I can't remember anyone I know ever smoking Newport cigarettes. I don't recall ever hearing anyone ask for them at the store, though I wouldn't have paid attention. Because until recently I didn't realize they were such a premium cigarette. Then I noticed a sign on the front door of a new 7-11 listing carton prices. Marlboros were $36.99 per carton. Newports were proudly listed at $52.99 per carton. I wonder if they sell any?
