Michael Vick Files For Bankruptct
Imprisoned and suspended Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick, serving a 23-month sentence for federal dogfighting charges, has filed for bankruptcy. The seven largest creditors listed in the court papers are owed a total of about $12.8 million. His suspension from football is without pay and he has lost all of his major sponsors, including Nike. The debt includes $3.75 million in signing bonus money the Falcons are seeking to recover.
